Hard to tell for sure, but I’m pretty sure that’s a LeSabre or Invicta. First, and it’s hard to tell, but it appears to have the shorter wheelbase of the LeSabre/Invicta. More visible are the three ventiports on the front fender, Electra’s had four. Also, Electras had a piece of stainless steel or aluminum brightwork along the rocker panel, which this doesn’t have. I like to think Don would drive an Invicta, “the Bankers Hot Rod”, although Draper’s choice of cars in the early seasons appears indifferent, a base model 4 door Olds sedan in single tone green, and a equally uninspired Dodge, with the sharp Buick wedged in between. Never made sense to me and didn’t fit the character. I always thought they could have done a better job with the Cars. For the record my choices would have been: 1960 Impala Hardtop, fully loaded, nice but under the radar, fitting the Dick Whitman/Don Draper duality, Keep the ‘62 Caddy, a Rivera for ‘65, and a Toronado for ‘68.
